"Haru no Kotobure" that is freshly pressed in early spring is matured over half a year and becomes a rich and flavorful sake.

Ingredients : Rice (domestic)
Malted rice (domestic rice)
Rice used : Koji rice: Yamadanishiki(Polishing ratio 40%)
Kake rice: Yamadanishiki (Polishing ratio 45%)
Alcohol Content : Over 16% less than 17%
Container Sizes : 720 ml

It makes a well-rounded and rich flavored sake when the pure sake is matured for half a year.
Enjoy it on a long autumn night.

HOW TO ENJOY IT

It is a pure sake so it must be refrigerated, but when you drunk it, please have it not too cold. Enjoy it either lightly cooled or room temperature.
It goes great with snacks like tomato, cheese and bravoorts that are in season.
