This sake is "Hiyaoroshi" which means that the fresh sake pressed in spring is matured over the summer. It has the characteristic of the matured flavor and mildness.

PRODUCT FEATUER

It has a light aftertaste and a crisp flavor. This sake is matured in the sake storage tunnel near the Ginjo Workshop.
The temperature in the tunnel is around 15 ℃ throughout the year. Enjoy the flavor nurtured in the natural cool air.

HOW TO ENJOY IT

Have it cooled with light flavored snacks.
